Quality Inspection Protocols for Cosmetic Packaging Materials

The main control indicators include hand feeling index, filling machine requirements, transportation vibration requirements, air tightness prevention, material compatibility requirements, size matching problems, plastic tolerance and color problems in aluminum, as well as production capacity and filling quantity to meet the declared value of the product.

Cosmetic injection bottles are both an industry and a culture. In today's financial environment, cosmetics are the sunrise product positioning in the market and cannot be shaken. However, the level of customized manufacturers of cosmetic bottles is uneven. Therefore, after receiving the goods, it is necessary to check not only whether the quantity is complete, but also whether the quality is checked. How to check whether the quality of cosmetic injection bottles passes, and what standards are there?

1. appearance: visual inspection is given priority to, under sufficient light environment, with normal vision, 20cm-30cm in front of the eye to check whether there are defects, sundries, scratches and other quality problems on the surface.

2. size: Measure the sample with a ruler or a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm and record the value to see if it meets the size standard.

3. Weight: Weigh the sample with a scale of 0.1g and record the value to see if it meets the agreed size standard.

4. capacity: weigh the sample on a balance with a dividing value of 0.1g, remove the gross weight of the bottle, inject tap water into the sample bottle to the full mouth and record the value (directly inject paste or convert the density of water and paste if necessary).

5. printing adhesion and bronzing (silver) fastness: ① Use 3M810 to test the printing and bronzing (silver) parts of the tape track cover, smooth them so that the track cover parts are free of bubbles, and then quickly tear them off. The printing parts are continuously done 3 times, and the bronzing (silver) parts are continuously done 2 times. ② Wipe the gauze soaked with disinfectant alcohol back and forth twice on the printing site.

6. clamshell performance: at room temperature, turn up and close the clamshell by hand for 200 times without breaking, and the tightness and tightness shall be the same as those before the clamshell.

7. bottle cap matching test: the bottle cap fits smoothly and does not slip, the matching mode of bottle and cap is divided into thread type and buckle type, and the matching gap between buckle type bottle and cap is ≤ 0.4mm; Fit gap between threaded bottle and cap: 0.1mm ≤ gap ≤ 0.6mm.

8. tightness test: ① Fill the bottle with water of the same weight or volume as the net content of the product, place it in a vacuum box, vacuum to-0.05MPa for 5 minutes, and there should be no water leakage. ② If the above vacuum test is not passed, add water with the same weight or volume as the net content of the product in the bottle for 24 hours, and there should be no water leakage. (This method is only for the jar class).

9. drop test: add water with the same weight or volume as the net content of the product into the bottle, cover the bottle, and hold it to the specified height: drop down along the 45-degree bevel bottle cap, lay it flat and freely, and drop the bottom vertically to the cement floor three times each, without cracking, leakage, component separation, etc. Net content of product identification> 200 ml/g falling height is 1.2m; Net content of product identification ≤ 200 ml/g falling height is 1.5m.

10. heat and cold resistance test: ① heat resistance test: add water with the same weight or volume as the net content into the sample bottle, and place it sideways in a constant temperature box (48±1 ℃) for 24 hours, without cracking, deformation, discoloration, water leakage, etc. Cold resistance test: the sample bottle is added with the same weight or volume of water as the net content, and after 24 hours of lateral placement in the refrigerator (-10 ℃ to -15 ℃), there is no rupture, deformation, discoloration, water leakage and other phenomena.

11. Bar code readability: The bar code can be clearly and accurately read out at one time through the bar code instrument. Judgment of qualified or unqualified 5.4 batch by batch inspection: for appearance inspection items and functional inspection items, according to the results of sample inspection, if the number of unqualified products found in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number, the batch is judged as qualified; if the number of unqualified products found in the sample is greater than or equal to the unqualified judgment number, the batch is judged as unqualified.
